11 January 2012 Please let me know the minimum number of persons required to form a Section 25 Company. Kindly give me the reference also.

11 January 2012 As per the Section 25 of companies act 1956, Section 25 company may be a pvt ltd or public ltd, but are exempt to use these words as their suffix unless the AOA of such company provides.

So the Minimum no of members shall be which are in case of pvt ltd company and public ltd company.
