in the hands of say firm.......it is income from other sources
in the hands of individual...... it MAY be income from house property subject to other conditions.

If parking has come along with flat/apartment/shop etc., then the rent of the parking place, although rented out to a different person than the flat/apartment.shop as the case may be, will go to income from house property. Else, it will be income from other sources.
If parking place is purchased on stand alone basis, then the rent from the same is income from other sources.
