i have faced a problem while generating nil tds return.
error was to specify the detail of deductee.
can anyone plz tell me how to remove this error.
it's urgent please reply....

As per the CBDT instruction we cannot file the TDS nil return and that is not mandatory also

Tax Deductor are not required to file NIL Tds return.
