20 October 2016 Can you help me with the filing of nil return in the ACES site please. If i could get a sample format in this it would be very helpful. Thanks

21 October 2016 login to webpage https://www.aces.gov.in/STASE/switch.do?prefix=/ui/jsp/common&page=/loginpage.do , Choose Respective period no need to enter values choose last page confirm Declaration and submit.

21 October 2016 We have been filing the service tax for more than 10 years now... we had come under the 10L limit long back but continuing to pay the ST through the aces. But now we thought we will stop collecting as we have gone down really below the threshhold limit... i have not filed the nil return so far, thats why i need some help to fill the aces form... Kindly advice

22 October 2016 You are liable to Pay Service Tax ,once you are liable to services tax collecting or not collecting Immaterial .
