Hey.. This is Manoj... Can someone tell me what is NIL Balance Sheet & if a nil Balance sheet is filed... what shall be the points to be considered while preparing Notes to Accounts of that Balance Sheet

I have never heared abt Nil balance sheet, B/s is always comprised of liabilities to the tune of assets, so in my opinion there is nothing like nil b/s. if u come to know something then plz let me know.
