the drawer of a cheque is discharged to the extent of loss or damage suffered by him if a.the cheque is not presented for payment with in a reasonable time of its issue and b.the drawer suffers suffers the damages becoz of suchdelay..

my doubt is that how the drawer of the cheque is liable and in what way he is liable if the cheque is not presented with in the reasonable time ..
