I want to start a NGO. can you tell me about the how i can proceed for it? How much it cost for registration?

The cost is not much, but it depends on what exactly you wish to do under that NGO.
NGO can be registered as trust, Society or a Company.
Every structure has its own advantages and disadvantages and the cost shall be in commensurate of the same.
