05 October 2014 Dear sir,
I want to form a NGO whose work is for family planning and social help. But i am confuse which is better for me society or trust. I also want to take advantage of government fund and tax examination for donor. Please help in my registration and if you some good consultant than assist me.

05 October 2014 doesn't make any difference whether you form a trust or society. However, if you are really looking for a transparent and manageable structure, then you should register a Section 8 Company.
