New portal income tax return rejected due to exceed time

29 December 2012 Hello Sir,
I have filed Return Before Portal change and aslo sent ITR v For Bangalore
But The Status says that ITR V Rejected due to Exceed The Time So what i can do for this
Weather File New Fresh return or Revised Return?

30 December 2012 Try to file a revised return.
But you may not succeed in doing so. While uploading the XML file you may receive an error message as " wrong acknowledgement number.".

Better file the return manually at your IT office.
