14 November 2014 As per new notification 06/2014 mega exemption of service tax, if contractor provides manpower for cleaning and maintnance whether it is liable for service tax or covered under this notification and become exempt.

14 November 2014 As per notification housekeeping, cleaning and security services are exempt. Contractor provides manpower for cleaning service and for security as well. So whether it is liable for service tax?
