Are there any new opportunities for Chartered Accountants in areas where appointments of CA's has been made mandatory?

No. In industry its not mandatory to appoint CA in any particular area.
But these days Companies prefer to appoint CA in Finance, Tresaury, Internal audit and other finance related jobs.
