29 September 2013 I am incorporated a Private Limited company on 22/03/2013 and till now my company is not done any business, i want to know that how i file Income tax return of it, does any audit is compulsory, which ITR is relevant for it and what about of this periods assessment 22/03/2013 to 31/04/2013.

29 September 2013 Since no business, no audit is required. how ever need to file the Income tax return for the period 22/03/2013 to 31/03/2013 for the assessment year 2013-14 as Nil return. with available balance sheet. you have to register in the income tax efiling website and fill the ITR and upload with digital signature of any director

29 September 2013 However No Business is done till now but the income tax {Nil} return has to be filled on time,
No Tax Audit as there is No Turnover...
