Is it True that below services are still Exempted in FY 2012-13
[1] Nursery School (run from Home also)
[2] Transport Business
[3] Any Consultancy Income from Aboard (even consultancy on NET / Phone / Mobile / Skype)
[4] Agriculture Income
[5] Doctors - MBBS / MD / Naturopath ??
Please Clarify.

Services under Negative List/ Mega Exemptions:
1. Services by way of preschool education
2. Services by way of Transportation of Goods i) by road except the services of a) a Goods Transportation Agency or b) Courier agency ii) by an aircraft vessel from a place outside india to the first customs station of landing in India or iii) by inland waterways
4.services relating to agriculture by way of
i) agricultural operations (Pl see the negative list)
5. Medical Services
