We are Dealer of Ashok Leyland LCV goods carrying vehicles. Previously we were exempted from service tax and now the we do not find a place in the negative list.
Please can some one clarify on this issue.

Dear Friend, The new service tax rules are based on negative list.All services out side negetive list will be taxable unless otherwise specifically exempted. If your services not find place in negative list than you are taxable. Thanks
