28 May 2012 Dear Sir / Mam,

In a production house (company) how much of cash pmt or withdrawal should d company do as compared to making pmts thru cheque. What wud u suggest.. I am sure you would understand the situation when its a production house..

28 May 2012 Payment by cash should be made for payments not exceeding Rs.20000 because otherwise it will violate the provisions of income tax and i think it is always better to make petty payments only by cash and for any sum over and above Rs.5000 payment should be made through cheque only.
