Can anyone provide me the list of documents required for filing of First Motion Application to High Court for scheme of arrangement.

You need to prepare an Application cum Petition and Scheme of Arrangement it is filed along with the Annexures in legal size paper.
Annexures are:
1. List of Board of Directors of both Companies;
2. List of Companies where the directors are director;
3. Sahreholding pattern of both companies;
4. Balance sheet of both companies;
5. Affidavit from creditors or affidavit of nil Creditors;
6. MOA and AOA of both Companies
7. Vakalatnama
8. Affidavit

1.The company is listed on BSE. Please advice whether any additional document is required?
2. The Company has many creditors . Therefore, the Company cannot give nil creditors affidavit. Creditors are also not giving affidavit. If Hon'ble High Court directs for meeting of Creditors, we will conduct the meeting of creditors. Please advice how should we proceed?

No additional document will be required however, at later stage NOC from Stock Exchange will have to be submitted.
You have to first inform the BSE about the scheme before filing it to the High Court.
Ofcourse the court will direct the meeting of the Creditors.
