Need help for filing return

I have filed income tax return in the AY 2012-13 through my office colleague.
That after I leave that office and from AY 2013-14 to till the date my all income tax returns are pending.
What should I do now??
Please suggest me how to file return???

You can only file Income tax return for Ay 2016-17 and Ay 2017 -18, you can file return by last date 31st March 2018, after 31st March its lapses for filing return.
