i HAVE TO REGISTER A NBFC. CAN ANY ONE SPECIFY THAT WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR NBFC REGISTRATION UNDER COMPANIES ACT, 1956.

1) Firstly, you have incorporate a company.
2) Then you have to apply to RBI for NBFC certificate
