If co incurred expenditure on Beds & pillow for the Staff person living in Co Provided Accommodation what will be the nature of expense ( The Exact accounting Term) for the same. Pls Help????

Thank u Sanjeev, but hv one more querry do we need to treat it as cap Exp or revenue?? since bed we use for more than one n cost of one bed is aprox INR 5 K..further one bed is ok we can expense it out but if ther are 50 beds in that case what should b the treatment Cap Exp or Rev Exp??
