dear all
can anybody suggest me how a dosa wala selling dosa on street should be charged to tax , can he file his return under sec 44AF and he is also a sales agent and he receives commision also and tds is deducted on it.

it is better to show as business income
it will not come under 44AF. AS it is not a retail trade.
