Name of the proposed pvt company with the word "industries"

25 December 2013 I want to know
whether there is condition to maintain Rs.1 crore if One chooses the word "INDUSTRIES "in her proposed company name

It's very urgent

25 December 2013 No there is no such condition nowhere mentioned in the name clause of Companies act.

25 December 2013 Sir but I asked my friend who is ACS says that Rs. 1 Crore is required as paid up capital

then sir can you give me the link to strengthen my view except the following

25 December 2013 Dear i don't think there is such condition exist.Please refer the new companies act,2013.I am sending you the link https://www.mca.gov.in/Ministry/pdf/CompaniesAct2013.pdf.Ask your friend to provide some circular or notification to justify this and please do update here also so that even we can update ourselves.
