My client wants to apply for name to start new co., In the new company name promoters' daughter's name is one alphabet. What document should I submit proof of relationship with ROC

As per The Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 you may do the following:-
1. No objection letter from daughter shall be attached with e-form INC1.
2. Proof of relation ship shall be attached with the said form.
3. Significance and proof for use of coined words made out of the name of daughter should be a mandatory attachment..

Sir, what proof can I attach forfor use of coined words. Her name is kavita & proposed co., name starts as KGS in which K stands for kavita (daughter), G stands for Gopu (promoter), S stands for Suganthi (promoter). Kindly provide me the formats of NOC which I have to obtain from promoters' daughter AND
