26 November 2010 DEAR MEMBERS,

PLEASE SUGGEST ME ON FOLLOWING MATTER:

PROMOTER WANT TO TAKE THE NAME OF THEIR CO. IS " SWARN SAGAR TRADELINK (INDIA)LTD. AND WANTS TO DO THE BUSINESS OF JEWELERY. CAN THEY DO THIS BUSINESS UNDER THIS NAME OR THEY HAVE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF COMPANY ACCORDING THE OBJECT. IF YES THEN PLEASE SUGESST ME THE NAME.
CAN THEY MENTION THE TWO DIFFERENT OBJECT IN MAIN OBJECT. IF NO THEN WHAT SHOULD THEY HAVE TO DO.

PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Name change will be made if the main object in which company want to do business and Name of the company is different. Like A film production company going in to real estate business in that case name of the company should be change accordingly.

I will suggest you to check company's main object and see whether it permit or not to carry on jewelery business.
