07 February 2011 Aayakar Sampark Kendra(ASK) executive at Gurgaon has told me that I can't file my ITR-4 for A.Y. 2009-10 online & he also added that I have to file my ITR thru that same AO from where I got my PAN issued. So you experts are requested to guide me. Plz tell me also the last date for the same.

07 February 2011 U can file your on-line return till 31.03.2011. You can file the return as per your latest jurisdiction but from any where.
