10 August 2011 I want to live happily ... but my in law side not supportive and wife always follows their instructions ... what to do?

10 August 2011 The provision of 498A relates to harassment and demand of dowry. Mental torturing is also covered in this. Let me know have you been arrested against 498A?

If she is earning salary then 10 to 20% of your salary can be allowed as maintenance and rest depends on the court.

Do not give any document of your income. Against maintenance application you must have submitted your WS and in that you can state your income ans attach only the acknowledgement.
