Our canteen contractor is supplying us the food. How much MVAT & Service Tax is to be charged by him on food bill ?
Can we take the credit of MVAT ?

Mvat credit is not available against service tax or vise versa you will bifurcate the same for MVAT in sevice tax certain percentage are given for abatement remainigs are paid as service tax
