What is the procedure to get refund of mvat deposit of Rs.25000 after expiry of the time limit. Regards Raj C Doshi. Thanks

I think you need to go to the Ward office of your area with simple application. if they are giving manually then give you some forms or by ECS then will give ECS form for fund transfer and for more details it is advisable to visit ward office,

you have to apply with dept. with payment proof and then you can get the refund.
