Hello Experts,
If 3-4 pvt. ltd. companies with one director are opened in a rented premises then what issues can arises? please guide regarding this matter.

Please ensure the owner of the premises get rent from each entity and section 188 need to be examined and accordingly board resolution need to be passed.
