08 August 2009 Details of TDS on the income can be obtained from 26AS (refer sections 203AA, 206C(5) and rule 31AB) with the help of NSDL intermediary.

Regarding company law the required details except PAN can be obtained by taking a search report of the company with the help of a practizing CS.
