09 June 2020 Dear sir,
I need clarification on below points regarding notification from MSME regarding eligibility criteria based on turnover of the company.
1.How turnover of the company is calculated. is it based on previous year for running company.
2. if turnover of the company is less than 250 cr in previous financial year. whether company is termed as Medium enterpises ?
3. if company made 300 cr turnover in one of previous year. whether it will be termed as medium enterprises.
Kindly provide relevant rules regarding the same.
