MRP IN RESPECT OF PACKAGED COMMODITIES

Dear Experts,
We are sending our goods with corrugated box packing. On the packing box we also mention all details including MRP amount.
But our finish goods are not falling under MRP Rule(section 4a).
Now is there any problems from Excise and customs department for MRP sticker?

As long as the products are not set out as liable under Section 4A, the affixing or non affixing of MRP would be irrelevant. The goods would get valued at transaction value when sold.
