AS FROM 28/12/2009 VAT IS APPLICABLE ON WINE FOR SOME OF THE DELAERS SO WHETHER HE DEALER CAN GO FOR COMPOSITION SCHEME AND PAY 0.5% OF SALE OF WINE IF HIS TURNOVERIS LESS THAN 40.00 LACS.PLS DO REPLY

I WANT TO ASK ANOTHER QUESTION IN SAME REFERENCE THAT IF THE DELAER HAS A SINGLE REGISTRATION FOR RESTAURNAT AND BAR THEN HE WILL PAY 3% FOR RESTAURANT SALE AND 0.5% FOR BAR SALES UNDER COMPOSITION IN MP VATR ACT. IS IT CORRECT?PLS GUIDE
