Our client has given apartments for rent.
He is maintaining the apartments.Electricity,Water,generator maintenance ,security salary and sweepers salary.
is he eligible for claiming more than 30% of NAV ?

no. only 30% deduction is permitted.

no under the house property income you can cliam deduction u/s 24(b) @ 30% .
