can you plz help me, how to modify current year opening profit in balance sheet tally
9.

22 November 2012 If the company is in tally from last year say 2011-12, then opening balane as on 01/04/2012 can NOT be changed. Pass a journal entry as on 01/04/2012, to that effect on 01/04/2012.

Select Profit & Loss Account. Change the balance.
