24 May 2011 Dear Sir,

We had filed form 1 for incorporation of a company. The Memorandum & Articles last page with the details of Subscriber and witness were type-written with their signatures.

Now we have received mail from MCA to resubmit the above form with remarks that the subscriber part should be hand written.

Kindly suggest what to do.

24 May 2011 According to me Prepare the form manually with the signature and a scan copy should attach with the form.

25 May 2011 according to law and requirment the subscriber page should be sign by the subscriber... so file scanned hand written subscriber form as a attachment of MOA?AOA with from A..

Kindly suggest whether the complete subscribers part should be hand written or the details like name, fathers name, address and occupation etc may be typed and physically signed by them.

Because what we have done is typed the details and got it signed by them and now we have got e-mail by MCA to resubmit the same.

Kindly Reply, its urgent.

26 May 2011 Entire subsription part need not be handwritten.

Name, fathers name, address, occupation, number of shares undertaken to be subscribed, PAN / DIN number, witness name, occupation and address, etc. should be handwritten and signed by the subscribers and witness.

Now you can simply cancel the typed details appearing just below the subscription clause and attach a new sheet containing handwritten details and signatures of subscribers and witness. Scan and resubmit.
