Plz provide me the MOA of Educational institution willing to get registered under Company Act(otherthan Section 25).

If you want to incorporate Private Limited Company which is not section 25 Company. Kindly send your mail id so that we can forward MOA.
Otherwise we are having one more option that recently we incorporated same Company which they dont want to run. You may buy that company also.
