24 September 2014 My client is thinking of incorporating a company same as myrecharge.co.in. I am finding it difficult to draft it's object clause. Can someone help me with this?

24 September 2014 Thanks for the prompt reply sir! But unfortunately even your exhaustive list does not contain such a business.Can i get the MOA and AOA of my recharge pvt ltd from the MCA site, since they being public documents?

24 September 2014 You are right. I would suggest you to go for online inspection of that company to download the MOA. Fees for online inspection is Rs. 100 per company.

Further also search such type of companies and try to refer their MOAs.

24 September 2014 As suggested by expert you can download the MOA & AOA by paying the inspection fees from view public documents.
