Someone may please reply, if possible:

Query 1

Existing private company (not a subsidiary of any company) proposes to change it’s name and also main objects.

Should the existing MOA-AOA be amended for name and main objects in general manner

OR

There will be impact in view of Companies Act, 2013. Kindly clarify with any URL for my understanding.

Ans : General manner is sufficient, because section 16,17,21 and 31 of the Companies Act,1956 are not ceased as a corollary to Circular 16/2013 dated 18.09.2013.
