Can anyone please let me know that who can be a witness for the purpose of signing a MOA & AOA.

Yes, any one who witness the signature of subscriber will be witness and sign the same as per section 15 of the companies Act, 1956.
In mostly cases, the professional are witness the subscriber sheet of MOA and AOA.

According to me Practicing CA/CS/CWA are witnessed for the Purpose of Signing a MOA & AOA.

Advocate and Soliciter is also authorised. In case of Foreign subscriber witness will be from that country. So no specific person is defined for witness purpose.
