Friends,
I am in confusion as to whether MNC is a right career for Ca's. I hv no intention to practice in future so will mnc be a right choice fr me. Am offered a SAP Functional consulatnt job in a leading MNC as well as investment banking job in a indian company..which one should I choose.
Please help

While it is observed that MNC are more law compliant (primarily because they would like to be always on the right side of the law in a country about which they do not know much and also do not know the legal procedures) and have open work atmosphere, you should also do some research on the Indian company.
However, there are certain risk associated with working for an MNC which does not have very large presence in India and if you are not aware of the financial health of its parent unit.
Indian cos have started developing an open work atmosphere and provide growth opportunities at par with MNC.
Finally, work out all the pros and cons before taking your decision.
