Mistake in exam form

(Querist)
12 August 2013 I committed a mistake while filling CA Final examination form. I filled first group instead of second group in last appearance datails. I have cleared my first group in nov 2012 and i have also given this details in Passing details in examination form.
Please tell me what should i do to rectify this mistake?
