Mistake at the end of cpc

I have filed my return online within due date. There is an amount of Rs. 89000/- as a relief u/s 89(1). When CPC assessed my return, they do not consider the relief.Hence, a hefty amount of tax to be paid be me. I contacted CPC over phone, they confirmed that the mistake has been corrected at their end. But no confirmation in black-white I have not yet receive. What to do. Please help me. Regards.
