25 April 2014 first go to ur registered S tax rage office

ask your range superintendent my S Tax paid challan ledger copy for filing of st3 returns.

he will give ur s tax paid ledger form NSDL paid ledger copy along with cin no bascr and dated head of account paid particular registrar
