21 July 2011 can anybody please tell me the applicability of minimum wages act 1948, and also is this act applicable to a trading company ??

21 July 2011 Minimum wages act has been amended from time to time and recently it has also been amended. It is applicable to all over India without any discrimination with industrial or trading or other organisation. In case of trainees it is not applicable where stipend is paid
