08 February 2018 Dear sir
Can i get excel based calculation sheet for calculation of minimum wages as applicable from 01.04.2017.As calculation like ESI, EPF etc includes which all portion of wage ,that I have to see.Whether to include extra leave pay for calculation of statutory pay.

08 February 2018 Minimum wages differ from Industry to industry, zone to zone, Designation etc. , Minimum wages last available, please work ou minimum Basic +DA as prescribed for industry, Zone in which premises situated.

BASIC DA should not be less than minimum wages or Gross Wages should be 55% of Basic.

09 February 2018 Need calculation.Like basic plus DA plus bonus plus EPF plus plus leave pay plus ESIC etc .need calculation basis of ESIC and EPF.Where to include leave pay in calculation of ESIC or not
