Hi Friends,
A company limited by shares, how many minimum directors are required to continue business.
because my company having 3directors including MD but one of the director expired two days back.
is it effect on company minimum directors
plz clarify me.

I have heard that the date of uploading of ITR for audit cases has been extended upto 30th November 2041. This is Reumour or really date has been extended.

As per section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013, minimum 3 directors are required in case of public company and 2 directors are required for private company

the Gujarat High Court has instructed CBDT to extend the due date. But no notification yet
