For How many days A Company can have existence without fulfilling Statutory limit of 2 Directors in case of Private Company and 3 in case of Public Company.

In such case you must follow the provision of your company articles read with clause 75 of the Schedule I- Table A of the Companies Act, 1956.
The time period is not defined.
If the member is go below then Director will be liable under section 45.
