if i have got 70 marks in financial reporting and strategic financial managemetn then for claiming exemption how many marks i have to score in audit and law ie mininimum marks to be scored in audit and law to claim exemption in acount and fm

If you scored more than 60 in any paper, that would be exempt for next 3 attempts irrespective of the scoring in other subjects.
So in your case if you have score 70 marks in A/c & FM then it is exempt even if your score is below 40.
