Hello Experts,
What is the minimum interest rate on loan from directors that company has to pay as per companies act 2013?
What is the minimum interest rate on loan from directors that company has to pay as per companies act 2013?

Since loan from directors comes under exempted deposits and there is no such stipulation that company should pay interest to directors. Companies Act 2013 is silent on this provision.
