01 July 2014 Minimum paid up capital has been prescribed for private company in Section 2(68) of Companies Act, 2013, which is 1 Lac. It means minimum authorized up capital for private company will be Rs. 1 Lac

As per Name guidelines, if INDIA word is used within the name with or without brackets, 25 lacs authorised capital is needed to form a company.

If India word is used in the company name with or without brakets, min auth capital will be Rs. 25 Lacs.
